Study On Job Shop Scheduling Of SY Company Under Multi-Variety Production Mode

With the globalization of the economy and the competition among the manufacturing industries,the single and mass production mode has no longer adapted to the current market environment,thus a new mode of production,order production,has emerged.However,this mode of production also brings some difficulties to the production management of the enterprise,and the job shop scheduling is a very important part of production management.The scheduling of workshops should not only consider the rational distribution of available resources such as personnel,equipment and time,but also consider the accurate utilization of the types,batch and delivery dates of various orders.Firstly,this thesis analyzes the job shop scheduling in the background of multi-variety production model,and integrates the main research contents of the previous production scheduling,and emphasizes the necessity of the production scheduling in the overall production plan.At the same time,through the introduction of the theory of job shop scheduling and the main process of artificial bee colony algorithm,it lays the foundation for solving the sorting problem by using the algorithm below.Secondly,according to the analysis of SY company's workshop scheduling status,we find the existing problems in production,and take this as a starting point to find solutions.At the same time,the order is prioritized by the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)for order type,product delivery time and customer importance.In the case of order priority,a mathematical model is established for job shop scheduling problem.Finally,the artificial bee colony algorithm is used to solve the mathematical optimization model.Finally,the feasibility and effectiveness of the model for the scheduling process of multi-variety production enterprises in the workshops is verified.Therefore,the study of job shop scheduling problem is conducive to the delivery of orders on schedule and to improve the effective utilization of comprehensive resources,also to prevent the waste of production resources and the confusion of production site caused by uneven distribution of production tasks in the manufacturing process.
