| Today,China’s Internet industry is developing rapidly.In this context,e-commerce is gradually rising.In 2021,Tmall Mall has adopted a "two-wave" pre-sale model in the "Double Eleven" large-scale promotional activities,and the transaction volume has exceeded 500 billion yuan.Pre-sale enables e-commerce companies to obtain higher profits in the context of e-commerce,but there are problems such as information asymmetry,uncertain market demand,and unclear pricing decisions,which have greatly hindered the stable development of e-commerce.At present,how to grasp the market demand,price reasonably,and attract more consumers to buy products has become a hot spot in the current research on e-commerce pre-sale models.Therefore,this paper mainly establishes a mathematical model for the product pricing problem that combines the pre-sale model and the sales model,and proposes an algorithm of conformity worker bee colony based on information diffusion based on information diffusion to solve the model,which is a two-stage solution for e-commerce companies.Product pricing provides some theoretical support.The main contents of this article are as follows:Firstly,it deeply studies the related theories of product pricing,product diffusion and word-of-mouth,and expounds the newsboy model,diffusion model and artificial bee colony algorithm referenced in this research to provide basic theoretical support for enterprises to set reasonable prices for selling products.Then,aiming at the problems of the existing consumer information perception lag and the uncertainty of market demand,the product pricing model under the diffusion effect and the product pricing model under the double word of mouth diffusion effect are established,and the product pricing model under the double word of mouth diffusion effect is simulated to analyze the influence of word of mouth and diffusion on pricing decisions of e-commerce companies.Finally,in the intelligent algorithm to solve the pricing problem,there is a problem that the existing pricing model adopts an outdated algorithm,resulting in a low degree of matching between the experimental results and the current market.Aiming at the existing problems and the shortcomings of artificial bee colony algorithm,a crowd artificial bee colony algorithm based on information diffusion is proposed,and the accuracy and robustness of the improved algorithm are demonstrated through 22 benchmark functions.At the same time,the algorithm is further verified by applying the product pricing model under the above-mentioned double word-of-mouth diffusion effect.The experiment shows that the pricing decision solved by the algorithm is more profitable and has better iterative effect.Through the above research,it can be concluded that the algorithm and model proposed in this paper can effectively optimize the product pricing problem of e-commerce enterprises,enhance consumer information perception,set prices reasonably for enterprises,and better attract consumers to buy products.At the same time,the combination of the improved algorithm and the product pricing model has a good effect,and the optimal price solved by the improved algorithm is more in line with the realistic background of the pricing problem,which can not only make the development of the enterprise better and more stable,but also allow the enterprise to compete in the industry.have greater advantages. |
