Research On Working Capital Management Of XingYuan Company

Since 13th Five-Year,as the country has paid more attention to environmental protection and the deterioration of domestic ecological environment,the environmental protection industry has welcomed more opportunities for development,but its capital intensive industrial characteristics also bring great challenges to the industry.According to the research center of the working capital management research center of Chinese enterprises,the continuous deterioration of the operating capital management performance in the environmental protection industry of Xingyuan company in recent years and the lack of operating funds have made the operation risk and financial risk increase continuously,and the optimization of operating capital management has become the key part of the company's financial management.This paper takes the working capital management of Xingyuan company as the research object,and adopts the research method of literature research,empirical analysis and qualitative and quantitative research.The operating funds of Xingyuan company are divided into operating funds and operating funds of investment activities,and the current situation of operating capital management is analyzed from the perspective of the operating fund management system based on the channel.It is found that there are some outstanding problems in working capital management of Xingyuan company:excessive reliance on credit marketing policy,neglect of supplier relationship maintenance,low efficiency of raw materials and inventory management,unstandardized management of exchange funds and poor implementation of receivable management system.The reasons for these problems are backward operating capital management concept,imperfect management mechanism,imperfect operating capital management system,lack of operating capital budget system and so on.Based on the theory of channel and the theory of customer relationship management,this paper puts forward the Optimization Countermeasures of working capital management:to maintain and manage the relationship between suppliers and customers,to optimize the performance appraisal system and incentive system,to broaden the financing channels and to enrich the mode of merger and payment,and to put forward the system and organizational structure in the same time.Safeguard measures.The optimization strategy of working capital management proposed in this paper has certain application value for Xingyuan company to improve the performance of operating capital management,alleviate the pressure of insufficient operating funds and realize the sustainable development,and can also provide reference for other companies in the environmental protection industry.
