Internal control is not only a management method for enterprises but also a governance method.An effective internal control system not only can improve the quality of external financial reports for enterprises,but also can promote the realization of corporate management goals and reduce the possibility of enterprises generating risks.Especially for state-owned company K companies with special properties,it is imperative to optimize and improve their internal control system so as to reduce the risks that may be brought to the company in the turbulent internal and external environment,thereby effectively promoting the company to achieve its management objectives..This article begins with information asymmetry theory,principal-agent theory,and related internal control laws and regulations.It systematically elaborates internal control theory and internal control framework systems at home and abroad,and then uses the case analysis method to optimize the internal control of K company.Combined with the company's own business characteristics and internal control status,it is analyzed that the current K company's internal control has the problem that the procurement business records at the service level are not timely enough,the fixed assets are inconsistent with the actual accounting,and the capital management approval is not in place;from the overall perspective,There is a problem of poor communication of information and weak awareness of employees' risks.According to the requirements of the Basic Standard for Corporate Internal Control issued by China in 2008 and the Guidelines for Internal Control of Corporate Internal Control issued in 2010,the goal of optimizing the internal control system of K company and The principle is to focus on the three businesses of procurement management,fixed asset management and capital management,and put forward internal control optimization measures.Finally,a safeguard method to ensure that internal control can be effectively implemented is proposed.Through the study,it is found that the problems existing in the internal control optimization process of K company are also present in the process of internal control optimization in other state-owned enterprises.These problems can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of internal control optimization to a certain degree after being refined.The K company's internal control optimization process proposed in this paper not only contributes to the effective implementation of K company's internal control,but also has certain reference value for optimizing and perfecting the internal control of state-owned enterprises under the new situation.
