Along with the accelerated process of globalization and China's evolving role,Hangtag Lens Technology Co.,Ltd,as an electronic terminal supporting product manufacturing enterprise,will meet new challenges and opportunities.Nevertheless,the deterioration in the global economic environment impels the company to seek new profit growth point in "the third profit resource",by quick responsing to changing market conditions,prociding personalized services,reducing the costs,to create competitice advantages.This thesis analysis and research logistics management and business process present situation of Changsha Lens Technology Co.,Ltd logistics,found that company has enormous development potentials in transportation and delivery,so this thesis designs the complex logistics network for the company.Firstly,for the logistics status quo of Changsha Lens Technology Co.,Ltd that An order generates a transport task,Considering to establish the distribution centers by taking on lease in the medium and short term,to change the logistics network form from the long distance transportation to "trunk movement&distribution",and this thesis establishes model of site selection,solved with cluster of ant colony algorithm;secondly,on the basis of establishing the distribution centers,this thesis plans the vehicle routing in a distribution region of Changsha Lens Technology Co.,Ltd.Considering the complexity of the logistics network,to build a model,which objective function considers more factors,for example,extra opportunity cost for return empty,the cost of the economic/ecological ratio,the time window restriction,etc,and the model can be solved with the improved C-W Saving Algorithm.The logistics network design of Changsha Lens Technology Co.,Ltd in this thesis attaches importance to its complexity,and considering more high impact factor.Which can better serve the logistics network application,and has certain reference value for subsequent practice application.
