Research On Supply And Marketing Cooperative Enterprise Participating In The Administration Of Rural Mutual Fund Cooperative

Under the background of the emergence of a large number of rural mutual fund organizations in China,The rural mutual fund organizations still faces many problems such as the shortage of capital,the backward management mode,the weak level of risk control,the fuzzy status and so on.How to develop better is an urgent problem in the face of rural mutual fund organizations.Based on the reading of the relevant literature at home and abroad,this paper reviews the theory of cooperative economy and cooperative finance,and the research progress of rural mutual fund organization.On the basis of literature review,this paper sums up the practice of the development of rural cooperative finance in China and abroad,elaborates the related experience and lessons and enlightenment.Through the investigation and study on the rural fund mutual cooperative in Wenzhou,this paper analyses the business model,risk prevention measures,benefits allocation,support policies,results and characteristics,problems and other aspects of the rural fund mutual cooperative in Wenzhou.On the basis of this,this paper takes the ZN group of Zhejiang supply and marketing cooperative as an example.A SWOT analysis is carried out on ZN Group.On the basis of this,the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the management of supply and marketing cooperative enterprises to participate in rural mutual fund management.
