As the integration of "Internet +" from emerging industries and specific industry has achieved significant results,"Internet +" also gradually expand to the traditional industry and general industry,agriculture is one of the traditional industry was affected by it.Applying Internet,Internet technology and thinking to agriculture,is bound to bring about change and development of agriculture,but also will bring new requirements and challenges for farmers,particularly in the farmers' information literacy.Thererore,it is imperative to improve the information literacy of farmers,adapt to the environment that have been forming through popularization of the Internet,and Internet technology permeates and affects the lives of farmers.Based on the above background,this paper first expounded the youth farmers'information literacy research background and significance of topics,review of relevant literature and theories.Three concepts,"Internet +" environment,young farmers and young farmers information literacy will be defined.Subsequently,the area of Chang-Zhu-Tan was taken as the research area,and some farmers were investigated in the field for getting the present situation of the information literacy.These situation will be reflected by information awareness,knowledge,ability and morality.While combining the research materials and literature materials to analyze the influencing factors of farmers' information literacy.Finally,the influence factors of farmers'information literacy are studied by using structural equation model.This paper divides the influence factors of farmers' information literacy into three factors,namely personal factors,"Internet+" environmental factors,policies,economy and education factors.Among them,personal factors are divided into two dimensions:personal background and knowledge acquisition.The "Internet+"environment is made up of the popularization of Internet,the popularization of Internet technology and the use of Internet technology.policy,economy and education are divided into three dimensions:government policy,economic level and education and training.Through the structural equation verification,the above eight dimensions have a positive impact on farmers' information literacy.Therefore,this paper proposes to optimize the "Internet +" environment in Chang-Zhu-Tan area according to the research results;offering training courses and other ways to improve farmers'information literacy.To promote the use of Internet and Internet technology in the life and production of farmers,We hope to improve the information literacy of young farmers from three aspects:environment,personal quality and practical application.
