| Agricultural Listed Companies as the Representative of Advanced Productivity at the Current Stage in China,its production and development are the result of the joint action of agricultural industrialization and marketization.Agricultural listed companies can not only promote agricultural industrialization,and it has a role in promoting the quality of agricultural products and their operating efficiency.As a result,China's agricultural international competitiveness can be greatly improved.However,agricultural listed companies have exposed some problems in the development process in recent years,such as the market performance is poor,main business decline,mistakes in diversification,polarization in business performance,and the degree of intensification,increased operating risk,overall profitability decline.These exposed issues have had a major impact on the market competitiveness and sustainable development of agricultural listed companies.Under the above background,this article takes agricultural listed companies as research objects,select 2012-2016 financial report data as sample data.After asking questions,explain the purpose and significance of the research,and then sort out the existing literature.At the same time,it combines the characteristics of production and operation of agricultural listed companies to study their performance.In terms of theoretical basis,it first introduced the connotation of agricultural performance of listed companies and the DEA method.Then it outlined the agricultural listed companies,defined their concepts and described their development status.When constructing the model,the principal component analysis method is used to process the indicators selected by the research institute first,and the correlation between the indicators is eliminated under the condition of maintaining the original information integrity,and at the same time,the data requirements of the DEA model can be satisfied.In the empirical analysis,a static DEA and dynamic DEA method was used to study the performance of agricultural listed companies in general and in different regions and subdivided industries.The problems in the development of agricultural listed companies were pointed out.Make appropriate policy recommendations.Through research available: 1: During 2012-2016,most agricultural listed companies did not fully utilize the company's own resources in the production and operation process,and the company's purely technical efficiency was relatively high and generally higher than the scale efficiency;2: In this research period Internally,the reasons for the improvement of the operating performance of China's agricultural listed companies are due to the fact that their technical efficiency has been better improved,but the “growth effect” brought about by the efficiency of technological progress factors is relatively weak;3: 2012–2016 During the year,although the performance of China's agricultural listed companies in different sub-sectors and between different regions is not the same,and their operating efficiency has a certain degree of volatility,the overall situation is still improving while maintaining stable development. |
