At present,the sustainable development of agriculture in China is facing a series of challenges: the restriction of agricultural resources is becoming tighter,the problem of agricultural pollution is prominent,and the degradation of ecosystem is obvious.The emergence of these ecological environmental problems is inseparable from the previous rough and inefficient agricultural production model,but to solve these problems,we need to develop agricultural circular economy,which has become a consensus.The agricultural circular economy follows the 3R principle of "reduce,reuse and recycle",which is a kind of change to the traditional agricultural production mode,which is helpful to improve the efficiency of the use of resources,reduce the production of waste,and realize the harmony between man and nature.To promote sustainable economic and social development.However,in practice,the development of agricultural circular economy is still insufficient,and the government needs to take necessary measures to promote the development of agricultural circular economy.In this paper,the related theories of agricultural circular economy are discussed in detail,including the connotation of agricultural circular economy,the formation and development of agricultural circular economy in China,and the mode of agricultural circular economy.Secondly,it combs the domestic and foreign scholars' research on agricultural circular economy,and realizes that agricultural circular economy is the future development direction of agriculture,which has economic,social and ecological benefits,but the economic benefits are often difficult to embody in practice.The enthusiasm of relevant actors to develop agricultural circular economy needs to be improved.It is necessary to provide policy support for the development of agricultural circular economy,which should be compensated by government compensation and market compensation.Paste.Thirdly,this study selects the waste reuse model as the research object,constructs the enterprise profit model on the basis of combing the theoretical basis and sorting out the train of thought,and constructs the framework for the concrete analysis.Then,by collating the data,the paper simulates the profit of enterprises in different management policy environment and market environment under the single farm model,the "pig marsh" model and the "pig marsh fruit" model.The conclusion is: "Pig-marsh-fruit" model has the most remarkable economic benefit,and the scale expansion can improve the economic benefit,Jiangxi Province's environmental protection tax amount is low,the incentive for enterprises to adopt emission reduction measures is limited,so it is necessary to popularize it as soon as possible.The subsidy of biogas project can improve the economic benefit of enterprise,but the threshold of obtaining subsidy is high,manure is an important source of income for biogas project,and it should be subsidized.The development of safe agricultural product cultivation is conducive to prolonging the industrial chain,increasing the premium capacity and increasing the profits of enterprises.Finally,in view of the conclusion of data simulation,from the angle of increasing propaganda,reasonable planning,optimizing subsidy policy,providing technical compensation,adjusting the amount of environmental protection tax and perfecting the related policy of safe agricultural products,the paper puts forward some policy suggestions to promote the development of agricultural circular economy.
