Research On Agricultural Science And Technology Big Data Curation Based On Life Cycle

With the advent of the era of big data and the paradigm of data intensive scientific research,data resources have become valuable resources in various industries and fields,and have attracted the attention of the whole society.The management and application of data is the focus of the scientific and technological community.At present,the data demand and knowledge demand of users in the agricultural field are increasing,but the management and supply of scientific and technological data resources are slightly tired,mainly due to the low level of curation and governance of agricultural science and technology big data and the need to improve the data service capacity.This current situation hinders the effective application of agricultural science and technology big data.Therefore,it is urgent to explore the curation and management of science and technology big data resources with diverse sources,complex structure and rich types in the agricultural field,so as to realize the effective integration,preservation and efficient utilization of agricultural science and technology big data resources,and promote the agricultural science and technology big data to play a more important role in agricultural science and technology innovation.Based on solving the problems of integration,management and application of scientific and technological data resources in the agricultural field,improving the value of agricultural scientific and technological data resources and realizing the Value-added Utilization of data resources,this paper aims to meet the data management needs of agricultural researchers in the big data era and the multi-level data and knowledge needs of various data users,It is proposed to carry out research on curation and management of agricultural science and technology big data.Comprehensively using information management theory,life cycle theory,data science theory,system theory and other theories,as well as literature research method,network survey method,system analysis method and other research methods,this paper constructs the agricultural science and technology big data curation model from the perspective of data life cycle,establishes the framework of agricultural science and technology big data curation system,and formulates the agricultural science and technology big data curation process to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for the construction and management of science and technology big data.The research contents of this paper mainly include:(1)Research on the life cycle of agricultural science and technology big data.This paper studies and analyzes the connotation,characteristics,sources and distribution of agricultural science and technology big data,and analyzes the life cycle characteristics of agricultural science and technology big data based on the construction practice of big data by comparing and analyzing the typical international data life cycle management models.(2)Aiming at the curation strategies of agricultural science and technology big data with diverse sources,complex structure and rich types,combined with the types of data resources and their generation methods and source characteristics,taking agricultural science data,agricultural science and technology literature data and self built characteristic data resources as examples,this paper puts forward data curation strategies with different emphases.(3)Construction of agricultural science and technology big data curation model based on life cycle.The goals and principles of agricultural science and technology big data curation are established,the demand of data monitoring is analyzed,and the framework of agricultural science and technology big data curation model is proposed,which includes four elements: policy mechanism,data monitoring community,information technology and tools,and data monitoring function based on data life cycle,It is considered that agricultural science and technology big data curation based on data life cycle covers data planning monitoring,data acquisition and processing monitoring,data aggregation and processing monitoring,data description organization monitoring,data storage monitoring,data application service monitoring,etc.(4)Agricultural science and technology big data curation and governance prototype system construction.According to the curation model of agricultural science and technology big data proposed in this paper,the technical framework of data monitoring in the whole life cycle of data is established,and the monitoring system of agricultural science and technology big data is researched and designed.Its core functions include data aggregation,data description organization,data visualization monitoring,data management,open interface service management,etc,and analyzed the application effect of agricultural science and technology big data curation model.Based on the perspective of data governance and data service,this paper creatively constructs a life cycle based agricultural science and technology big data monitoring model on the basis of combing data management policy mechanism,data curation community,information technology and tools,and core curation content,which has certain theoretical value and practical significance.
