| As a Lanxi native,I learned that Lanxi has evolved from the "little Shanghai" to the "backward" county in the province, with deep feelings. With a sense of mission and a sense of responsibility,I want to explore the reasons for the economic decline and backwardness of Lanxi, and then hope to propose Suggestions for the economic development of Lanxi. In addition, according to the orientation requirements of《Zhejiang Province Urban system Planning》,the central Zhejiang urban agglomeration has become one of the three main urban agglomerations in Zhejiang Province, which are connected with Shanghai, integrated into the Yangtze River Delta and integrated into the global competition. The Jinyi metropolitan area, which is composed of Jinhua and Yiwu counties, has become an important growth pole to drive the economic development in the central and western regions of Zhejiang Province.Although the economic development of Jinhua City has been at a stage of rapid growth in recent years, its strength in all aspects has improved significantly, however, from the perspective of the whole province,Its comprehensive economic strength is still in the middle and lower position, and the important reason for this phenomenon is the unbalanced development among the counties in the city. Therefore, combined with these two intentions, this paper will choose Yiwu,Dongyang and Yongkang, which have better development characteristics and advantages,to do a comparative analysis with the laggard Lanxi. Then according to the bifurcation of the four counties to find out reasons for the economic backwardness of Lanxi. After a series of empirical analysis and comparative study in this paper,it is found that the main reason for Lanxi's relative backwardness is the lack of power source of development:innovation.Because innovation is the first driving force to guide and lead the development, innovation is the equivalent of development, and innovation is the equivalent of the future. In a way,the root cause of the bifurcation development between Yiwu and Lanxi is.At first,Yiwu formed the initial "market innovation",then logically formed "enterprise innovation","technological innovation"and "social management innovation",and thus the development of bifurcation over Lanxi development has been formed.Although Dongyang and Yongkang were not as comprehensive as Yiwu, they were generally the same.Compared with Lanxi, because of the inertia of the state-owned planned economy,Lanxi lacks the most basic "market innovation",and logically lacks the other three innovations.Although successive leaders have fully recognized this innovative logic mechanism since then, they finally missed the initial advantage and eventually led to the bifurcation development with Yiwu,Dongyang and Yongkang.According to the above research conclusion, the 5th chapter of this paper puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures to Lanxi in terms of market innovation, enterprise innovation, technological innovation and social innovation. Finally,it is hoped that it can really promote the development of Lanxi economy. At the same time,it can also provide some ideas for solving the problem of economic development incoordination among counties,so as to promote the healthy economic development of Jinhua city and the balanced and integrated development of urban agglomeration in the middle of Zhejiang to a certain extent. The framework of this paper is as follows:the first chapter is the introduction, which introduces the background and significance of the topic,as well as the domestic and foreign related research review, the second chapter is the introduction of bifurcation theory and quantitative analysis method. The third chapter discusses the bifurcation phenomenon and the historical background of economic development in four counties and cities in central Zhejiang, chapter 4th is the analysis of the reasons for the economic development bifurcation in Lanxi.Chapter 5th puts forward some favorable suggestions and countermeasures to promote Lanxi's economic development in four aspects of innovation;Chapter 6th is a summary of the full text. |
