The tea industry has been one of the advantageous industries in Fujian Province since ancient times.The long history of tea planting and tea making and good ecological environment make the Wuyi Rock Tea,Anxi Tieguanyin and Fuding White Tea in the province have a higher domestic tea market.With high visibility,the development of the tea industry in Fujian Province has also been at the leading position in China.At present,the tea industry in Fujian Province is in a critical period of industrial transformation and upgrading.As a new development model of the tea industry,tea estate is conducive to extending the industrial chain,improving product quality and operating efficiency,etc.,and can effectively inject the development of the tea industry.new momentum.Tea estate,as a new way to transform the tea industry,has found a new way for the transformation and upgrading of the tea industry.At present,most of the tea estates in Fujian Province are located in Quanzhou,and the tea estates in Quanzhou are the most numerous and representative of the tea estates in Anxi County.Therefore,this paper chooses the Anxi County tea estate as the main research object..As the tea estate has just started,it is still in its infancy,and it has not yet formed an industry format,mostly independent development individuals.Therefore,thispaper mainly studies the competitiveness of individual tea estates.This paper provides a reference index evaluation system for tea estate evaluation research,and provides reference for the future construction and development of tea estate,which has certain theoretical and practical significance.By referring to and referring to domestic and international research on the competitiveness of tea industry,the competitiveness of tea enterprises,the competitiveness of leisure agriculture and the evaluation system of leisure tea estates,this paper combines the actual situation of the investigation of Anxi County and surrounding tea estates,and applies the theory of comparative competitive advantage.And the theory of competitive advantage,choose Principal Component Analysis as the research method,draw on the enterprise competitiveness evaluation system and the tea estate evaluation system,and construct the index applicable to the competitiveness evaluation of the tea estate in Anxi County from the three levels of survivability,development ability and competitive potential.system.Then,the principal component analysis method was used to evaluate the competitiveness of the sample tea estate.According to the evaluation of each principal component and the comprehensive evaluation,the key factors affecting the competitiveness of the tea estate were found.Based on the comprehensive evaluation and analysis of the sampletea estate,the paper draws the following conclusions: The tea estate competitiveness evaluation index system constructed in this paper can not only show the characteristics of the tea estate,but also accurately predict the competitiveness level of the tea estate.Evaluation,and total assets,total number of employees,IoT coverage,traceability system coverage,total asset growth,employee education,distance between host and source and tea estate,driving farmers,net income of farmers,total income,The14 indicators of total profit,profit rate,government support,and number of cooperation projects with universities or institutions are key indicators affecting the competitiveness of tea estates;the scale of tea estate industry is the most important internal component of tea estate competitiveness;The ability to acquire can significantly increase the score of the second principal component,thereby enhancing the comprehensive competitiveness score of the tea estate;the “three-product integration” can effectively enhance the competitiveness of the tea estate;the driving ability has a greater impact on the score of the first principal component.In view of the above conclusions,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for improving the competitiveness of tea estates: maintaining moderate scale operation and improving the viability of tea estates;clarifying the positioning of tea estate market and highlighting the characteristics of operation;deepening the integration of “three industries” and upgrading tea estatesCompetitiveness;strengthen interaction with neighboring farmers and establish a long-term cooperation mechanism.
