Study On The Promotion Intention And Influence Factors Of Agricultural Technical Extension Personnel In Township Of Zhuji County

Agricultural technology extension is an important bridge to transform agricultural science and technology into real productive forces,and is a necessary step to promote agricultural production and promote rural economy.Therefore,how to strengthen the transformation of agricultural technology into practical productivity is particularly important.It is the main force to promote the development of agricultural technology and serve the "three rural" in the promotion of agricultural technology extension personnel,which mainly depends on agricultural technology extension personnel.Therefore,it is of great significance to cultivate a high quality "three rural" working team to understand agriculture,love the countryside and love the peasants at the present stage.Under the new economic condition,the agricultural technology promotion exposed a lot of problems,such as lack of funds,agricultural extension technicians knowledge structure,promotion and market adjustment,agricultural extension system is not perfect,however,on the promotion of agricultural technology personnel own factors can not be ignored is the important factor of agricultural science and technology extension,but at present there are still few studies.From the statistical results of the sample,the general promotion intention of the agricultural machinery extension personnel is higher,the majority of the investigators are male,the average age of the staff is larger,the degree of undergraduate education and the majority of the party members,the majority of the related agro technical promotion after graduation;the title of the professional title as the intermediate title,and the income and title of the agricultural machinery extension personnel.As a result,the income gap is relatively large.Generally speaking,the assessment mechanism of agricultural technicians is fairly fair and has a higher degree of satisfaction with the work environment.From the angle of cross analysis,male,the older the age,the higher the job title,the longer the working life,the better the social welfare and the working environment,the higher the promotion intention of the agro technical extension personnel,but there is no direct relation with their educational background.According to the research results,this paper puts forward the following suggestions: strengthen the management of agricultural standardization system;strengthening the government fiscal investment;according to the characteristics of the industry,enrich the service force;improve treatment,stimulate the work enthusiasm;strengthen professional training,improve the overall quality;improve the promotion system.
