The rapid development of the mobile Internet has changed the communication industry of the original business model,people want to communicate,is no longer a voice call,is no longer a text message,people want to requirements of real-time communication and sharing,where to go can bask in the circle of friends,to see what can be @ weibo,miss family can raise the phone to see the other side of the video phone.These are the mobile Internet brings change,is also a communication company is about to bid farewell to the huge solid support network and voice service as the main industry of the arrival of the era.For Harbin telecommunications companies,mobile Internet and whole business changed a single fixed network era,relatively closed management mode,greatly increase the complexity of the marketing strategy optimization.So need to strengthen overall coordination and form every area and professional,the balanced development of the key business and the coordinated development of the situation,optimizing the operation and development.Era based on the analysis of the environment as the background,using the PEST environment analysis method,from four aspects: policy,social,economic and technology,analyzing the macro environment of the whole big one by one,points out that the current environment to Harbin telecommunications companies to provide a good atmosphere,according to its own advantages and disadvantages analysis,telecommunications development challenges and threats in the Internet business.Based on the present development of Harbin telecom Internet business premises,on the existing marketing model,put forward the management strategy of the reform policies,to the product from the market,and then to brand strategy,from the channels to promote to the last service,puts forward a complete set of marketing supplier strategy,combined with the actual,telecom,finally puts forward some company can implement safeguards.
