Under the unique political and economical system, enterprises in China have their own enterprise characteristics. With the gradually establishment of our socialist market economy and modern enterprise system, reform the mechanism of income distribution, strengthen relevant supervision and restraint, have already been an important subject in speeding up the development of enterprises. At present, small and medium-sized enterprises have become the principal part in competition; mostly have not built up perfectly incentive system, which makes a lot of problems on talent strategy in the aspect of incentive system.The study uses Nanjing Xinxin Ceramics Ltd. Corporation as a research object, to conduct an investigation about the newly built corporations’incentive factors from the side of talent philosophy, talent strategy, talent structure, as well as incentive mechanism, and raise a targeted talent strategy on the basis of incentive mechanism.As small and medium-sized enterprises, they could not prosperous without talents. Firstly, they need a competent leadership. What’s more, in order to keep the consistence of leadership, they should build a sustained and stable system of leadership succession. At the mean time, they also need to face their regional characteristics, enterprise property, enterprise culture and the relationship between talent strategies. Take advantage of suitable incentive mechanism to make up to adverse influences. According to different types of talents, and then adopt different incentive mechanism.
