The global economy is developing rapidly,and the competition among enterprises is becoming more and more intense.More and more listed companies are upgrading and optimizing the allocation of resources through mergers and acquisitions.Whether mergers and acqusitions can create value for enterprises and improve business performance has become the focus of attention.Scholars at home and abroad have studied the behavior of M&A and the performance of M&A.According to the previous research data can be seen:the focus of mergers and acquisitions of the traditional performance evaluation method mainly in the financial factors,research on non financial factors of customer relations,internal process,human resources is very limited,which also reflects the shortcomings of the traditional performance evaluation method.Compared with the traditional M&a performance evaluation method,the balanced scorecard has the advantage of combining financial and non-financial factors,and plays a more prominent role in the performance evaluation of mergers and acquisitions.Applying the Balanced Scorecard to the research of M&a performance evaluation can provide guidance suggestions for M&A integration,enrich the performance evaluation method of M&A,and have a certain significance for the development of China's economy.Through the analysis of the relevant literature,based on the merger incentive theory,stakeholder theory,contingency theory and strategic management theory,the Balanced Scorecard and accounting index method,event evaluation method,EVA performance evaluation methods,analysis of the Balanced Scorecard on the financial and non-financial indicators combined,contribute to the promotion of strategy management and other advantages,the feasibility of the application of balanced scorecard.A companies in the M&a performance evaluation ignores the 'customer'and 'internal process' and 'learning and growth' the three level,so the application of the Balanced Scorecard performance of A's evaluation,analysis of the evaluation results of A balanced scorecard implementation suggestions,hoping to the performance evaluation of A company the content is added,has certain directive significance to the long-term development of A company.
