At present,it is the key node of China's economic transformation."steady growth,structural adjustment and reform" are the direction of efforts of all industries.As the old industrial base in northeast China,the development situation in recent years has been grim,and it has been unable to find the clear direction of development,and has been highly concerned by the state.This paper chooses the research area of northeast China,tries to find the effective way to promote its development,and makes a small contribution to the revitalization of the northeast economy.Due to the large number of industrial enterprises in northeast China and the large size,it is the main force of economic development in northeast China.Therefore,it is the research object of industrial listed companies.In the long journey of development,management is more and more attention to "people-oriented" management philosophy,as the senior management personnel of the operator is one of the key,so in this paper,from the Angle of salary incentive,selection of 62 northeast industry listed companies from 2012 to 2014 data for research,explore senior managers compensation for the influence of enterprise performance,at the same time explore the mediation role of research and development strength in the process,to deeply analyze the internal mechanism.The main research of this paper is divided into four parts:The first part,theory and literature review.In this part of the paper's theoretical basis,this paper introduces the incentive theory,principal-agent theory,theory of technology innovation,preliminarily constructed the theoretical framework of this article,expounded the northeast industry executive compensation of listed companies,research and development strength impact on enterprise performance theory.At the same time,the relevant research literature at home and abroad,from executive pay to corporate performance,the influence of executive compensation effect on research and development strength,research and development strength impact on enterpriseperformance,research and development strength in the process of executive compensation effect on corporate performance effects on four aspects: the classified system,expounds the current research results and progress in the field of the research,and offer reference for later research.The second part is the general situation of northeast industrial listed company.From the northeast industrial development present situation,executive compensation of listed company status quo,research and development strength situation,four aspects the article analyzes enterprise performance,by dividing to several industrial industry segments,further found that varied with the different niche business,in addition,on the research and development strength of ascension,there is still a large proportion of the enterprise research and development strength is insufficient,is still at the low level of market competitiveness.The third part,the empirical analysis.Based on the theoretical basis and on the basis of existing literature the article put forward the research hypothesis,variables design,model design,and using SPSS software make the descriptive statistical analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis in turn,finally in order to ensure the precision of the research,the article make the robustness analysis.The fourth part,conclusion and prospect.In this part,the author systematically combine the analysis results with the theoretical logic in the first part of the interpretation and finally find that executive compensation play a positive role in enterprise performance,executive compensation play a positive role in R&D intensity,R&D intensity play a positive role in enterprise performance,what ‘s more R&D intensity makes a mediation effect in it.On the basis of the research conclusion,this paper puts forward some pertinent Suggestions for the revitalization of the northeast economy,and points out the feasible direction for the northeast enterprises.
