Research On Production Process Optimization Of JL Company Based On Lean Production

China has a large number of small businesses."Public entrepreneurship,People's innovation" became a national strategy,in the country set off a wave of entrepreneurial innovation.Many small manufacturing enterprises have sprung up in large numbers.After the establishment of small enterprises,how to develop is a very important issue.So from the country to the local provinces and cities have issued a series of policy support to promote the growth of small enterprises.However,for small enterprises,from production management,capital use,talent and other aspects of the equipment,there are still many problems in product quality control there is still a big gap.If this problem is not resolved in a timely manner,small enterprises are vulnerable to lack of market competitiveness,over time will be large and medium-sized enterprises annexation,elimination.For ordinary small enterprises,the core part is production management,small enterprise production process is relatively confusing,so choose to optimize the production process,can be achieved in the short term to reduce production costs,improve production efficiency.JL Company is a small manufacturing enterprise,through the JL Company's actual investigation research,found that the company in the production process has some problems.In this paper,through reading a large number of relevant theoretical literature,the lean production and its content system has a profound understanding and understanding,combined with their own study of industrial engineering,the production process optimization theory was carefully studied,the theory and practice closely combined with the research strategy,To implement the optimization of production flow based on lean production in JL company.This paper uses a variety of analytical methods,starting from the analysis of current situation of production flow of JL company,this paper focuses on the analysis of existing problems of production flow,the optimization of production process and the guarantee of optimizing the implementation of production process,and tries to describe the production process of JL company in the most intuitive way,especially the research methods and various situations.Firstly,this paper reviews the lean production theory,Just-in-time mode of production(JIT),production line balance design and 5S field management.Then,the paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of the production flow of JLcompany,explores the factors in the production process from the four aspects of production line balance,product quality,inventory management and Production Site Foundation management,and uses Fishbone chart analysis to find out the key factors that lead to low efficiency and high production cost.Finally,the analysis of the reasons for the carding,and then use the "5w1h" and "ECRs" principle of the production process to carry out specific optimization design,and in the optimization of the implementation of the "PDCA" approach to continuous improvement and improvement,so as to achieve the purpose of improving production efficiency.The focus of this paper is to optimize the production process of small enterprises,the main innovation is to combine the traditional lean production theory with the JL company's own characteristics,give the JL company production flow optimization design.It is hoped that the research of this paper can provide reference for the optimization of production flow of JL company,and it has guiding significance in the actual production process.Through the research of this paper,we hope that lean production is not only suitable for the large manufacturing enterprises with few varieties and large quantities,but also suitable for small manufacturing enterprises with many varieties and small batches.
