Research On The Sustainable Operation Mode Of Chinese Social Enterprises From The Perspective Of Value Co-creation

The advent of economic globalization has made China's economy develop rapidly.But at the same time,there are a series of social problems,such as environmental pollution,ecological deterioration,food safety,and the gap between the rich and the poor.This has prompted many enterprises to pay attention to the implementation of social responsibility.Social enterprise is born in such a big environment,and gradually formed its own unique operation concept and operation mode.It has become a new type of organization,in addition to the commercial and non-profit organizations,which involves the social fields of poverty alleviation,environmental protection,and education and so on,and it is a new organization that specializes in solving social problems.Under the background that the state attaches great importance to the areas of poverty alleviation and ecology,social enterprises have made contributions to solving social pain problems by using commercial means to solve social problems,and have aroused the attention of scholars.But social enterprises started late in China,mostly in the exploratory stage,and there are still a lot of obstacles in achieving sustainable operation.Based on this background,this paper studies the sustainable operation model of social enterprises in order to provide a model reference for the sustainable operation of social enterprises.By reading and summarizing the relevant literature in the field of social enterprise,the paper redefines the definition of social enterprise,with the way of theoretical research,Through resource dependence theory,competition theory and value co-creation theory,It is concluded that value co-creation in supply chain and ecosystem plays an important role in enhancing the sustainable operation ability of social enterprises.Based on these theories,a theoretical model of sustainable operation of social enterprises is constructed.Through the combination of single case analysis and cross case analysis,this paper makes an internal analysis of the 4 different social enterprises' sustainable operation modes,which are respectively related to environmental protection,education,pension and poverty alleviation,and then compares the three aspects of the basic characteristics,operating modes and enterprise performance of the four enterprises.After analyzing and drawing the conclusion of the case,we compare the conclusion of the case with the theoretical model constructed before,and draw the fitting points and conflict points with the original theoretical model.Then the theoretical model is modified and perfected,and the sustainable operation model of the social enterprise is obtained.It is proved that the sustainable operation model of the revised social enterprise can basically overcome the obstacle of the sustainable operation of the social enterprise and make it realize the sustainable operation.Through the research of this paper,we can not only enrich the relevant theories of social enterprises,but also make the value co-creation get new applications in such special fields as social enterprises.It also makes the social enterprises in the early stage of development,the exploration period and the existence of development predicament learn from the sustainable operation model,and solves the obstacle of the sustainable operation of the social enterprises.At the same time,it provides young entrepreneurs with entrepreneurial ways to enhance the success rate of entrepreneurship,and also provides reference for China's poverty alleviation.
