With the rapid development of China's economy in recent years,China's urbanization process has begun to leap-forward,and the real estate industry has witnessed the opportunity of rapid development.The real estate industry is an important part of national GDP,which greatly promotes the development of China's economy.However,the development of intelligent residential buildings in China is still in a relatively primary stage,and people's cognition and acceptance of intelligent residence will require a long process.Intelligent residence is in the development of this case,is the representative of modern high-tech information in modern society,on behalf of the electric power,electronic technology and architecture art,life philosophy,and the demands of the development of social intelligence as associated with computer applications to adapt to the Internet revolution.Based on the above background,based on the smart home and marketing analysis of the status quo in China,put forward in the process of advance,marketing model of intelligent residential own some ideas and Suggestions are put forward.This paper from the background and related concepts,research status of intelligent residence at home and abroad were summarized,and then analyzes the status quo of the development of intelligent residence in China,the industry environment analysis.Taking BC company as an example,In this paper,the current situation of intelligent residential marketing is studied and analyzed,and uses the SWOT analysis method to clarify the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges faced by the company's intelligent residential marketing.Based on the previous chapters,this paper analyzes the development and existing problems of intelligent residence,and further puts forward the key elements of smart residential marketing mode,respectively,for the target market selection of experiential marketing mode,one to one marketing model and brand marketing mode as intelligent residential marketing model was analyzed,and the corresponding marketing strategy.Finally,the research content of this paper is summarized and the future research is proposed.
