Since the introduction of the trust system in 1979,the trust industry has gone through a rough development,and there have been 5 rectifications before and after.Until the introduction of "one law and double regulations" in 2007,the trust industry has more perfect basic laws and regulations.This has a new opportunity for development.The asset scale of the trust industry has also expanded rapidly to trillions of scales,and has reached 26 trillion at the end of 2017,second only to the banking industry.But behind the high speed development,there are the problems of the single business model,the poor management ability of active investment,the difficulty of monitoring and quantifying the risk,and the departure of the trust business from the source.With the introduction of the guidance on the regulation of asset management business of financial institutions,China's finance has formally entered the era of strong supervision,and the trust industry is also facing the transformation.This paper first introduces the background of the study of strong supervision,the significance and value of the research,and the thinking of the article.Secondly,it briefly expounds the essential meaning of trust industry and trust as well as the domestic and foreign scholars' discussions on trust.Then it analyzes the development and current situation of China's trust industry.Next,we will conduct a basic analysis of the era of strong supervision.We will analyze the typical channel trust business and study the problems of such business.Finally,we classify the trust business structure of China and analyze the advantages of the new agricultural supply chain trust through case studies.
