Logistics Cost Analysis And Control Of QS Birch SAP Project

With the deepening of economic globalization,the importance of enterprise's logistics management is more and more significant,many enterprises have realized the value of logistics management,and intensify the management of enterprises to do a good job of logistics management,we must pay attention to save the logistics cost.Arrange cost reasonably,to allocate corporate resources,to enhance the efficiency of each link,thus greatly reduce the company's logistics management cost,ensure the company steadily improving service quality,make the enterprise keep good development.Therefore,it is an important task for an enterprise to study how to reduce logistics cost and create as much profit as possible for the company with the minimum investment.This paper first summarizes the characteristics of logistics cost,the composition and classification of logistics cost,logistics cost control methods and other relevant theories.Secondly,the traditional cost analysis method and the operation cost method are used to analyze the ABC white birch juice project of QS industrial group in the commodity input,sales and after-sales links.Analyzes the QS birch juice company logistics cost of the project,such as transport costs,packaging costs,inventory cost and comprehensive logistics cost and so on,has carried on the classification of transportation cost,including transportation,transportation,customs clearance,warehousing costs and operation costs,etc.,summarizes the main problems of QS industry group international logistics: high transport costs,packaging costs,high inventory cost is high,the low efficiency of logistics operation and so on.In view of the problems found in the above analysis,this paper puts forward through the choice of the mode of transportation,reduce the transportation cost,the third party logistics packaging,reduce the packaging cost,forecast reasonable inventory management methods,reduce the inventory cost,in order to realize the efficient logistics operation,reduce the cost of the project method to reduce the logistics cost,but at the same time also want to consider to reduce the logistics cost and other cost increase,so as to realize the ultimate goal of the total cost of the logistics control.Through the birch juice project,institutional innovation can from the following two aspects: 1.Set up in view of the logistics management of the professional department,and focus on recruiting logistics management professionals,management of the logistics cost and logistics system is designed.2.Throw away the traditional cost accounting method,use ABC to budget the logistics cost of enterprises,and provide scientific and professional Suggestions for the leaders of enterprises in decision-making.This paper combines theoretical research and case analysis effectively to guarantee the correct implementation of logistics cost management.The data sources selected in this paper are the daily operation activities of enterprises,and the credibility is very strong.The solutions chosen and the methods analyzed are all based on the relatively perfect logistics cost management theory,and the calculation formulas and models used in the selection are also universal in the world.This research process is to carry out the practical test of the three-step cycle through the method research and theoretical research,so as to realize the mutual test and improvement between practice and theory.This paper hopes to provide some experience for other enterprises involved in logistics cost management in China through the analysis of actual cases of QS group.The logistics management of enterprises in the new stage of production and life,there is no clear standard.Although enterprises can learn from each other and refer to each other,there is no established industry evaluation system for enterprises to refer to.China's foreign trade enterprises,including QS group,should pay more attention to logistics cost management.Enterprise managers and staff,in the actual work,also want to gradually form a good cost control consciousness and concept,strengthen the management for the enterprise logistics system,to achieve big goals to reduce costs and improve profits.
