| With the Internet developing rapidly,data resources,as the strategic resources,is significant for high-tech enterprises and research institutions because the monopoly of big data will limit their development.Collaborative crowdsourcing,as an efficient way to seek and collect huge amounts of data all over the world,exploits global internet users to help high-tech enterprises and related research institutions to achieve the resource integration of external data resources and internal innovation.In that case,how to design the incentive strategy has been become a hot topic.Although,a lot of literatures focus on the incentive strategy of crowdsourcing contest,which is a way to solve the problem of open innovation,few researchers have studied the incentive strategy of collaborative crowdsourcing.Therefore,this paper attempts to use all-pay auction and tullock contest theory to optimal the collaborative crowdsourcing,and provide guidance for enterprises and research institutions to use collaborative crowdsourcing effectively.At first,this paper,based on the all pay auction theory and related research results,built the mathematical model of the expected maximum total revenue with the unlimited budget constrain in the reputation incentive strategy of collaborative crowdsourcing.Moreover,we solve the problem of allocation the incentive strategy in collaborative crowdsourcing by verifying the mathematical model and use equilibrium analysis to study the changing degree of optimal reward allocation strategy by changing with the participating pool and the ability level.After that,based on the theory of Tullock contest,we built the financial incentive strategy model of optimal model and benchmark model under unlimited budget constraint.Finally,we evaluated the effect of incentive strategy optimization by using three evaluation indicators-player's equilibrium strategies,bonus pot and crowdsourcers' expected utility.The results of this study show that:(1)The crowdersourcer,adopting the multi-reward strategy,could obtain the best expected total revenue in the reputation incentive strategy of collaborative crowdsourcing.(2)To obtain the best expected total revenue in the reputation incentive strategy,the number of reputation rewards should be increased with the improvement of players,ability level and expansion of players' number.(3)Comparing with limitation fixed financial strategy,the way of pay according to efforts for perfectly rational players can produce better incentive effect,in the financial incentive strategy of collaborative crowdsourcing(4)Although the costs rising,crowdsourcers adopting the unlimited budget strategy can cause more raising of expected total revenue.In other words,that means crowdersourcer would have higher profits margins for adopting the unlimited budget strategy.Therefore the unlimited financial incentive strategy is proved to be reliable and excellent in practical project. |
