With the maturity and rapid popularization of mobile Internet technology,the number of netizens has gradually increased,and crowdsourcing model based on Internet technology has been widely used.With the increasing competitiveness and vitality of the business environment,it is difficult for enterprises to use their own resources and capabilities to adapt to the rapidly changing market demand.In order to adapt to the market,many companies are aware of the importance of Internet resources and the wisdom of Internet users.The company's innovation model is also changing,from the initial use of their own resources and technological innovation to the use of external resources,from the past offline to online,and then to the Internet crowdsourcing.Crowdsourcing based on mobile Internet technology has gradually become an effective way to help enterprises develop external resources and utilize Internet workers.In China,crowdsourcing model has been widely used,but the scope of industrial application is narrow and innovation ability is low.At the same time,with the wide application of crowdsourcing model in China,some problems have arisen in the application process.Collecting the problems existing in the application of crowdsourcing model will help enterprises to make more effective use of crowdsourcing model.Firstly,starting from the relevant realistic and theoretical background,this paper analyses the problems encountered by banks in the field of testing,compares the characteristics and processes of traditional crowdsourcing,studies the new model suitable for the field of bank testing,and designs the process model of testing business crowdsourcing.At the same time,the common problems in crowdsourcing model are analyzed,and solutions are proposed,including how to design and manage tasks reasonably,how to motivate participants effectively,and how to effectively control the quality of participants' feedback results.This paper studies the internal and external motivation of bank test business participants to participate in the test task,and proposes an incentive mechanism suitable for bank test business crowdsourcing process.Incentive mechanism ensures that task publishers get high quality data to motivate task participants and make the platform profitable.
