Socialism with Chinese characteristics enters a "new era".Today,standing on the new historical point,with reform on the supply side implemented,corporate brand becomes more important in the inclusive and competitive market.The core position of corporate culture for the enterprise competitiveness has become the consensus of researchers and managers.The effective dissemination of enterprise culture is the guarantee that the core spirit of the enterprise is really absorbed by the employees at all levels and forms a unified value concept,which counteracts to the development of the enterprise and becomes the driving force for the enterprise to advance.Nowadays,with the development of Internet and new media,there are various channels of information dissemination,and the speed of information dissemination is increasing.We urgently need to establish a new communication mode on the basis of existing communication modes,so as to effectively spread corporate culture.Inspired by opinion leaders theory,this paper will construct a new model of corporate culture communication based on the theory of Westley-McLean ' s propagation model.This new model will be applied to an example to make the research more intuitive.
