Study On The Ecological Land Change And Management Strategy Of Zhejiang Province

In recent years,China's socio-economic is undergoing rapid development,and the level of urbanization is increasing significantly.However,some problems that accompany it have become more and more serious,such as population growth,expansion of urban space,and reduction of ecological land use.In particular,the ever-decreasing ecological land use will cause great ecological risks.Therefore,under the current background of ecological civilization construction,maintaining the sustainable develchange opment of regional ecological land use and systematically studying the use and of regional ecological land use are of great significance for the development of regional society,economy,and ecology.Zhejiang province has a superior geographical location,developed economy,and strong people's awareness of the ecology.However,there are still problems such as low land efficiency,unreasonable planning,and soil pollution.Based on the collected land use data from 2000 to 2015 in Zhejiang Province,the paper refers to relevant research and combines the characteristics of land use in Zhejiang Province,and divides the ecological land into five categories.Based on this,the land use dynamic degree and transfer matrix are used,land use center of gravity migration and other land use dynamic change analysis methods,carry out research on the space-time changes of ecological land use,and use 11 prefecture-level cities in Zhejiang Province as a research unit to carry out spatial-temporal evolution pattern and characteristics analysis of municipal-scale ecological land,and explore ecological land use in Zhejiang Province.The influencing factors of change finally put forward strategies for sustainable use and management of regional ecological land.The main conclusions of this study include the following three aspects:(1)From 2000 to 2015,the total amount of ecological land in Zhejiang Province continued to decrease.The area decreased from 97,579 km2 in 2000 to 93,796 km2 in 2015,a decrease of 3,783 km2.96.68%of the total land area fell to 92.93%,a decrease of 3.75 percentage points over 15 years.(2)The regional difference in the amount of ecological land use in Zhejiang Province is represented by the difference between North and South,and the prefecture-level cities where the area of ecological land is reduced more is mainly distributed in northern Zhejiang.The overall ecological land use in Zhejiang Province shifts to the southwest.(3)In order to realize the sustainable use of ecological land in Zhejiang Province,it is necessary to strengthen the diversity of governance from the macro perspective:1)Survey and evaluation as the basis,space planning leads,and make good use of "new land classification";2)Improve policies and regulations,strengthen supervision and enforcement,and promote Legalization of ecological land use protection;3)Promoting transformation and upgrading,innovating management methods,and improving the level of land conservation and intensive use.
