Land is the material basis for human survival and development, cultivated land is the essence of land resources. In our country, with a large population and little land, The rapid development of urbanization and industrialization led to the occupation of a large number of cultivated land for non-agricultural construction, the transfer of the industrial structure has also led to low efficiency of cultivated land, extensive problem is serious business. Study on intensive utilization of cultivated land is help to find out the existing cultivated land intensive use level and problems, Reveal the cultivated land intensive use internal rules and restrictive factors of changes in the level, It will provide the basis for government departments to make scientific planning and policies and regulations, but also have important significance for the efficient and intensive use of regional cultivated land resources and the sustainable development of land resources.Taking Guizhou Province as the research object, from the human point of view, based on the "pressure- state- response" model, the selection of the per capita arable land area of 11 indicators to build the evaluation index system, and use entropy method to determine the weights by linear weighted index of cultivated land intensive utilization index were quantified, combined with GIS and statistical software, quantitative and qualitative analysis of the study area in the time dimension and the spatial characteristics of cultivated land intensive use level and its changes, according to the analysis results, combined with SPSS software, using principal component analysis method of cultivated land intensive use of factors that influence the analysis, finally proposed to promote the intensive land utilization countermeasures and suggestions. The results show that:(1) the dimension of time: 2005- 2014 years, the overall level of cultivated land intensive use in Guizhou province showed a rising trend, cultivated land intensive utilization index rose from 0.2506 in 2005 to 0.7376,10 in 2014 rose 0.4870, an average annual increase of 4.87%; 2005 to 2014, Guizhou Province(state) level of cultivated land intensive use the overall upward trend, but the municipalities(state) had cultivated land intensive use level and trend differences;(2) the spatial characteristics: cities in Guizhou province(state) cultivated land intensive use level is difference prominent, obvious spatial variations;(3) the impact of the Guizhou province cultivated land intensive use level factors including the level of agricultural science and technology, output of cultivated land and grain self-sufficiency degree, cultivated land protection degree;(4) suggestions: improve the level of agricultural science and technology to promote agricultural modernization development; through land remediation, improve agricultural infrastructure; improve the system of land use planning, strengthen execution; improve relevant laws and regulations, protecting cultivated land resources.
