After the rapid development of the previous years,the social media industry in our country has now entered the stage of exploring profit.By analyzing the development of the major social media enterprises,we can see that only by providing the products and services that satisfy the needs of users and maintaining the unique advantages of their own platforms,we can achieve profits and achieve sustainable development of the platform.Therefore,the research on the profit model of social media enterprises is widely concerned by experts and scholars in the related fields.As the first social media platform based on comprehensive portal website,Sina Micro-blog has a continuously increasing number of users and maintains high user activity.Since the first profit in the fourth quarter of 2014,it has maintained a fast profit growth level.However,the problem is that the content quality of platform advertising is decreasing and user utilization rate is decreasing.How to improve user utilization rate of Sina Micro-blog,improve users with satisfaction and loyalty to the platform,and ensure the sustained and long-term development of Sina platform,is the urgent problem for Sina Micro-blog.This article has entered into an in-depth analysis of the existing profit model of Sina Micro-blog.At present,the profit mode of Sina Micro-blog includes the direct profit mode based on correlation and real-time search,and the profit mode that provides other value-added services,the profit model,profitability analysis and other related theories are used to make a thorough study of its profit model.Sina Micro-blog Advertising Association as the main profit point,that corporate and individual members pay for the main profit source platform,to provide free services and products for profit leverage,and to the Sina portal brand and celebrity celebrity mainly for profit barrier,and analysis the relationship between the constituent elements.Then use the Sina Micro-blog publicly disclosed in the annual report of2013-2016 years,from the profitability of horizontal and vertical,the quality of earnings,and profit forecast four aspects to analyze the profitability of Sina Micro-blog,Sina Micro-blog and aiming at the existing problem of profit-making mode proposed optimization suggestions.That is to say,we should improve advertising quality,improve advertising profit mode,strengthen content matrix construction,constantly seek solid profit barriers,develop more value-added service projects,and form industrial economy.The optimization of Sina Micro-blog profitmodel is realized on the whole.
