Research On Profit Model Optimization Of Sina

Internet technology has made rapid development over the past 20 years.People can get all kinds of information through internet,and also achieve more communication efficiently with the outside world which can enrich our life more and more colorful.These phenomena showed that the internet is not only integrated into people's daily life,but also penetrated into people's thinking and awareness gradually.What's More,the development of the Internet has played a very significant role in improving the economic level of our country.At the same time,the internet is inseparable from society progress and people's living standards improvement.The Internet is a new industry which is developing and changing constantly.The economic benefits of Internet companies are based on providing products and services to users.The Internet companies should be combined with the external environment after putting a lot of money,choosing and building a profit model for their own development.Only in this way can we make the enterprise stand out in the fierce market competition.Due to the continuous development of network technology‘s innovation,the Internet company's profit model has becoming diversity.It is a shortcut for enterprises to obtain greater benefits and success on opening up their own profit model and adjusting it on the basis of its original style.Firstly,this study summarized four typical profit model on the relevant theories which combined with China's Internet development,And then,the study chose Sina as the research object,which made a comparative analysis on Sina's profit model on the composition and profitability.Finally,the study highly summarized the profit model of Sina,discovered the shortcomings of Sina's profit model,and put forward some corresponding suggestions on improvement.In this thesis,the study provides some support for the development strategy of Sina through the research on the profit model of Sina company.The paper also provides theoretical support and practical reference for the same type of Internet companies in the development of profit model.
