The information technology industry is one of the most important industries in China.It is a new industry that has developed in the era of continuous development of science and technology.It has gathered high-tech and high-quality talents and can drive the development of the entire economy.The information technology industry is a knowledge-intensive industry.Intellectual capital plays an important role in the development of listed companies in the information technology industry.Intellectual capital is the materialization of unique knowledge,ability,and thinking possessed by talents.It embodies its value in the company's products or services,thereby creating more value for the company.Therefore,intellectual capital has an impact on the performance of listed companies in the information technology industry,and how to manage the company's intellectual capital,so that will have a positive effect on corporate performance,should attract the attention of listed companies in the information technology industry.This paper empirically analyzes the impact of intellectual capital,human capital and structural capital of listed companies in the information technology industry on corporate performance and the impact of material capital on corporate performance,which based on existing research results.This article selects 13 financial indicators from the four aspects of debt paying ability,operating ability,profit ability anddevelopment ability of listed companies in the information technology industry,and uses factor analysis to analyze these indicators.Finally,a comprehensive factor score as a dependent variable is calculated to represent corporate performance of listed companies in the information technology industry.Relevant indicators are used to represent independent variable intellectual capital,human capital and structural capital,and two regression models are established to empirically analyze the impact of intellectual capital on firm performance.Descriptive statistical analysis,correlation analysis,and regression analysis are performed on the data of listed companies in the information technology industry.Finally,the robustness of the model is tested.Through analysis,this paper proves the hypothesis establishment and draws conclusions.First,human capital has a significant positive impact on the corporate performance of listed companies in the information technology industry.Second,the structural capital of listed companies in the information technology industry also has significant effects on corporate performance.Third,the intellectual capital has a positive effect on the corporate performance of listed companies in the information technology industry.Fourth,as the basic capital of listed companies in the information technology industry,the material capital also has a positive effect on corporate performance.Finally,according to the conclusions drawn from the article,the corresponding measures are proposed,and the deficienciesof this paper and the research prospects in this field are described.
