Uzbekistan became Independent just 25 years ago and during this short period time was built a stable country.Paying special attention to tourism was begun in 1992 by creating "Uzbektourism" and Uzbekistan opened its doors to visitors. These days around 2 million people visiting Uzbekistan from more than 40 countries and it is becoming one of the main sources of GDP of the country.Tourism infrastructure is developing step by step, the government creating all possibilities to privet sectors in this field. This paper analyses development of the infrastructure of tourism in Uzbekistan.Based on relevant statistics and analysis from the work,we can draw the following conclusions:1)The tourism sector is developed at a high enough level only in four regions-Samarkand,Bukhara,Khorezm and Tashkent;2)Karakalpaksan,Fergana,Djizak,Surkhandarya regions have good potential for development of this sphere and a certain material and technical base3)In other regions of tourism development does not occur. To attract tourists to the country,it is necessary to create in a short time a civilized tourist infrastructure that meets international standards.Although in recent years much has been done in Uzbekistan to realize this goal, there are still many problems in the country's tourism industry:However,in the development of tourism, there are still remains some obstacles in receiving international tourists. This article analyzes the reasons for these internal obstacles and considers the possibility of cooperation with China in attracting more Chinese tourists to Uzbekistan.Based on push and pull theory analyses both Chinese and Uzbekistan's tourism, their specifics and characteristics will be analyzed. Each factor will be analyzed with more detailed explanations and examples.· Lack of advertising about UzbekistanFirst of all,in the world,it is rather weak to imagine what Uzbekistan is,where it is located, especially since there is no knowledge of the history, culture and traditions of the people. To fill this gap,we need to widely disseminate information about the country, using the Internet, television and radio, magazines, books, brochures and posters.Naturally, all this requires money, and this is important. We do not have a thriving tourist company. The system of the national company "Uzbekistan Tourism" needs to be rebuilt, and it needs to be relaxed a bit,so it's impossible to bear the burden of advertising costs. It should be borne in mind that the state government determines that the advertising tax is not only a part of advertising costs, but advertising costs are 24%of the tourism revenue policy. In Uzbekistan there are about 10000 hotels.Twelve of them are international four-star and five-star hotel complexes. Most of the hotels in(51)belong to a 2-star category. In general, the local hotel has 8000 rooms and can accommodate more than 15,000 people at a time.Of course, this is not enough. But even at the same time the load on the hotel is low.The main reason to scare people is price.Among high-class hotels in Tashkent, they are even higher than in some European countries, much more than the prices for South-East Asia and the cities of the CIS.In this case, the government should control the price of the hotel in the area.· Low level of service in the tourism sectorOne of the problems is eating at the hotel. This is due not only to the fact that the cooked food is expensive, not edible, monotonous, and the attendants are not cautious, but most importantly, after visiting these restaurants some people have "stomach problems".On the website of a foreign travel agency, visitors may find that the alarming warnings lurking in the tourists of Uzbekistan are not accidental. This problem is only a part of the "Iceberg".Usually tourists give comments according to the service which they received during the trip.It is not obvious that visitors choose destinations coming up from the remaining comments and feedbacks,so the quality of service in tourism should be improved in all important regions of the country.·Entry to Uzbekistan, obtaining a visaThis is the first step for tourists.Visas to Uzbekistan for foreign tourists can be obtained within 10-14 days from the date of application from the local travel company to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. In addition,in order to confirm its legitimacy, the company must provide a full set of documents to the consular department of the department. There is also a 40-50 percent visa. For countries that do not have an embassy or consulate, obtaining an entry permit is much more difficult. Why not take some Asian countries as an example? Therefore,in Turkey,Malaysia and Thailand, citizens of any country can enter and receive visas in the capital of the airports of these countries. The Embassy of India,Bangladesh, our citizens of Uzbekistan and the United Arab Emirates within 24 hours-a visa for three days and so on.These and other questions, their causes and solutions will be discussed in more detail in this article.
