Until 2015,the total grain output of China has achieved the 12 sustained growth, and fertilizer inputs have made great contributions to increasing the grain production and farmer's income under the constraints of grain planting area. However, with the increase in the amount of chemical fertilizers and the emergence of unscientific fertilization behavior, the situation of non-point source pollution becomes more and more obvious, including soil degeneration, fertility decline and black soil thinning. The farmers have to maintain the grain yield by increasing the intensity of chemical fertilizers, thus the vicious circle happens, and the difficulty of governance has increased due to the ambiguity and decentralization of non-point source pollution. Therefore,it is an effective way to solve the problem of non-point source pollution from the consumptive subjects based on the background of food security. With the development of rural economy, the mode of agricultural management has also changed, the new agricultural management subjects are gradually emerging,as one of them, the large-scale grain growers become more and more important, and their presence also provides a breakthrough for solving the problem of non-point source pollution caused by unreasonable fertilization from the perspective of farmers.Meanwhile,Heilongjiang province has one of the tree major black soil areas in the world,at the same time,it's the main force of China's grain production. In view of the above,it's important for rectifying the unreasonable fertilization behavior and reducing non-point source pollution to analyze the fertilizer application, willingness of fertilizer reduction and its influencing factors and other issues of large-scale grain growers in Heilongjiang province. With large-scale grain growers as the breakthrough point, this study based on the current domestic and foreign results and the theory of reasoned action, farmer's economic behavior, externality and the law of diminishing returns analyzes the reduction fertilization willingness and it's influencing factors of large-scale grain growers.First of all, defining the key concepts of large-scale grain growers and reduction fertilization in this research.Secondly, describing large-scale grain grower's characteristics, situation of fertilization and the cognition of reduction fertilization based on the questionnaire date and statistical yearbook in the sample area,it is found that there are exist excessive fertilization intensity in many regions of Heilongjiang province, lots of growers rely on the pass fertilization experience and they have some misunderstanding about the reduction of fertilization.Thirdly,to determine the influence direction of each factor by the univariate analysis of growers' individual characteristics, family and management characteristics, external environmental characteristics and cognitive characteristics Then, this study analyzes the cause of large-scale grain growers will participate in the reduction fertilization or not and the factors of its reduction fertilization willingness by building the binary logistics model based on micro data. Finally,In order to encourage the large-scale grain growers to reduce the intensity of fertilizer, this study puts forward to improve the risk tolerance of growers by strengthening education and coming out the risk insurance, and adjust the fertilization structure by changing the price of fertilizers,to enhance the environmental protection consciousness of growers by increasing publicity efforts and guide the large-scale grain growers to make scale production appropriately,to improve the technical support system and using the subsidies of organic fertilizer.
