Research On The Influencing Factors Of R&D Expenditure In The NEEQ Innovation Enterprises

At present,our country's economy is in a new normal period.In order to maintain stable economic growth and continuously explore new economic growth points,innovation is needed.The importance of innovation in the national economy is self-evident.The enterprises' R&D expenditure occupies a dominant position.Therefore,the R&D expenditure of companies has become a top priority in economic development.The NEEQ Innovation enterprises,driven by innovation and the realistic choice of innovation,are of great importance to promote their development,industrial upgrading and national economic growth.Firstly,this article reviews the resource-based theory and the neoclassical school innovation theory,and from the perspective of internal,external and comprehensive research,sorts out the literature on R&D expenditure research,deeply analyzes the role of various factors in R&D expenditure.Based on the above analysis,it builds a theoretical model of the article,and puts forward the research hypothesis of the article.Secondly,the article takes the NEEQ Innovation enterprises as a research sample,and uses statistical analysis software to describe and analyze sample enterprises,understands the basic situation of the enterprises,adapts semiparametric econometric model,verifies the theoretical model and research hypothesis.And the two major industries of the NEEQ Innovation enterprises is discussed and makes the results more targeted.Finally,this paper mainly draws the main conclusions: the proportion of technicians,the level of staff education and the government subsidy have positive effects on the intensity of R&D expenditure,but the profit and the scale of the enterprise negatively affect the intensity of R&D expenditure.In addition,the factors affecting R&D expenditure in two major industries are inconsistent.The research not only enriches resource-based theory and innovation theory,but also draws the conclusion that enterprises need to rationally allocate the input of factors,the government should improve the effect of financial support,and the allocation of enterprise resources in different industries should be suggested by different industries.
