In recent years,with the rapid development of economy in our country,the domestic enterprises to expand the scale of operation in the short term will become more and more intense,mergers and acquisitions are often large enterprises to expand scale,grab market one of the most direct and efficient way.Mergers and acquisitions do affect the performance of enterprises,but are not all beneficial effect,especially in the face of high costs of mergers and acquisitions,and will be affected by the industry,macro economic laws,often a merger cases can be measured in the study of mergers and acquisitions party,to study the two aspects of the target enterprise,choose acquisition research more.In this paper,the research content increase the content of this article is mainly on mergers and acquisitions financial performance on the basis of related theory combing,brief introduction and analysis of the ME merge YL cases in the case of mergers and acquisitions of both companies and the acquisition of motivation,and analyzes the financial performance before and after compared with typical industry enterprises,mergers and acquisitions with the food industry enterprise long-term financial performance composite scores of contrast,analysis mainly around the profit ability,debt paying ability,operation ability,growth ability,the four aspects,the main use of the financial index analysis and factor analysis method to analyze data,on the basis of deep analysis ME financial performance after merging YL change reasons and puts forward Suggestions on how to improve financial performance.Research conclusion is as follows:ME merging YL bring short-term positive financial performance to ME,did not bring significant long-term financial effects and ME than other enterprise after the merger industry ranking fell,the profit ability,debt paying ability,growth ability are poor performance.
