Employee innovation is an inexhaustible motive force that drives the company's continuous progress and is the key to the company's ability to obtain and maintain sustainable competition. How to motivate employees' creative behavior is an important issue in the field of theory and practice. The use of information and communication technology is like a “double-edged sword”.While improving the innovative performance of employees,it also forces employees to stay in contact with work all the time, result in undermining work-family balance and triggering“techno-invasion” pressure for employees. Some studies have demonstrated that techno-invasion will increase employee work-family conflict and reduce employee job satisfaction. However, the current empirical research on whether and how techno-invasion affects employees' creative behaviors and their boundary conditions has not attracted enough attention from scholars. Therefore,in this study, the employees of the company were used as research objects to explore the mechanism of technological invasion affecting the creative behaviors of employees and the moderating role of boundary segmentation preference and marital status.Based on the theories of conservation of resource theory, the broaden-and-build theory, and personal and environmental matching theory, this study is divided into two research layers to analyze:(1)Exploring whether techno-invasion will affect employees' creative behaviors and the mediating role of job satisfaction and anxiety.(2)From the perspective of personal characteristics,we explore the moderating role of boundary segmentation preferences and marital status in the relationship between techno-invasion,job satisfaction and job anxiety. This research adopts a questionnaire survey method and uses multi-level regression methods to analyze. The results as follows:(1)techno-invasion is significantly negatively correlated with creative behavior;(2)Job satisfaction plays a partial mediation role between techno-invasion and creative behaviors.(3)Job anxiety plays a partial mediation role between techno-invasion and creative behaviors;(4)The boundary segmentation preferences plays a negative moderating role in the relationship betweent techno-invasion and job satisfaction, that is,the higher the preference of boundary segmentation, the greater negative impact of techno-invasion on job satisfaction;but the effect of boundary segmentation preferences on the relationship between techno-invasion and job anxiety is not significant;(5)Marriage status has a negative moderating effects on the techno-invasion and job satisfaction. The relationship between the married employee and the unmarried employee has a greater negative impact on the job satisfaction as a result of techno-invasion(6)The negative relationship between marital status and the techno-invasion and job anxiety,Compared with unmarried employees, employees perceive that techno-invasion has a greater positive impact on job anxiety.
