poverty structures,and inadequate targeted poverty alleviation policies,China's previous poverty reduction efforts are not effective.Significant.Until the reform and opening up,under the leadership of the Chinese Communist Party under the guidance of the Marxist theory of anti-poverty,China's poverty management efforts have been increased to an unprecedented degree.Poverty alleviation and development policies and measures have been continuously adjusted according to the conditions and tasks of different periods,and have been unremittingly for forty years.Efforts have finally led to a road to poverty reduction with Chinese characteristics.In particular,after General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed the idea of precision poverty alleviation,China's poverty alleviation work has achieved decisive progress.From the end of 2013 to the end of 2017,the number of poor people in China has been reduced from 80 million to more than 30 million,and poverty has occurred.The rate dropped from 8.5% to 3.1%.This successfully revealed the scientific nature and effectiveness of Xi Jinping's idea of accurate poverty alleviation.It also promoted China's poverty alleviation ideology system to Jinping's Thought of Accurate Poverty Alleviation As the main line,a study was conducted on high-precision poverty alleviation practices conducted by Gao County in Yibin City under the guidance of Xi Jinping's Thought of Accurate Poverty Alleviation,and its successful attempts in accurate identification,precision assistance,precision management,and precision assessment were systematically summarized,and Xi Jinping's idea of accurate poverty alleviation was interpreted systematically.The connotation features of poverty-reducing objects,projects,funds,measures,and responsibilities highlight the important role and value of Xi Jinping's idea of accurate poverty alleviation in the process of practice,and then focus on the existing practical problems and put forward corresponding policy measures and suggestions for improvement.Taking Gao County in Yibin City as a research case to study the practice of Xi Jinping's idea of accurate poverty alleviation in the new period,it is of
