With the deepening of economic globalization,corporate social responsibility has become a key topic in the joint study of Finance and accounting.China,as a military power,has become a unique and important group in the market economy after a large number of veterans choose the government,enterprises and other departments.So,in our country,as the authority decision maker and the actual executor of the enterprise decision,the early military life experience on its cognitive and emotional changes will affect the performance of the corporate social responsibility.In order to study the above relationship,this paper attempts to prove the influence of management experience on corporate social responsibility from the perspective of corporate philanthropy.This paper takes the A share listed companies in China in 2006-2014 as samples,and manually collects management with early military experience.Based on the above samples,(1)a descriptive statistical analysis,a single variable test and a full sample test are made for the basic characteristics of the listed companies employed by the military experience management layer and no military experience management layer in our country.The results show that the companies with the military experience management layer have lower level of donation,and(2)compared different property rights enterprises,the non-state-owned enterprises' donation level is lower,indicating that the non state-owned enterprises who employ the management layer of the army have not paid more attention to the performance of the corresponding social responsibility of the enterprises.(3)in order to control the endogenous and self selection problems of this article,and keep the robustness of the results of this article,this paper uses the Heckman test and the PSM matching method to verify,The results show that the foregoing conclusions of this paper are still established.(4)this paper further studies by joining the political links and educational background,and the results show that the political association has significantly reduced the level of the corporate charitable donation,and with the improvement of the level of the military calendar management.Enterprises will increase the number of donations and the scale of the donation will also increase,and management will not reduce the job consumption and be mean to others.(5)finally,by summarizing the results of the empirical analysis,this paper can be programmed and transparent for enterprise decision-making,training learning management,and participating organizations.We should perfect the board governance structure and alleviate the irrational management decisions of corporate governance.To sum up,the main contributions of this paper are as follows:firstly,combining with the reality of our country,this paper empirically studies the influence of the management layer on the corporate charitable donation,and has a new explanation for the research on the early experience of management and the performance of social responsibility.Second,it verifies that the individualized decision-making style and preference will be brought by the early calendar of management.Enterprises can identify and select suitable management according to the development needs.
