For modern companies,the core of economic responsibility mainly includes the responsibility of the company to shareholders,creditors,suppliers and employees.On this basis,enterprises also bear corresponding social responsibilities.Charitable donations are widely accepted as the basic form of modern corporate social responsibility.Through charitable activities,enterprises not only fulfill their social responsibilities,but also bring a certain degree of advertising effect to themselves to form a reputation.While charitable donations bring invisible capital to the company,it also makes the company's existing assets flow free of charge,which inevitably affects the commitment of the company's economic responsibility.As an organization that regards profit maximization as the fundamental goal,the negative effects that enterprises bring to themselves when making donation activities also make charitable donations once challenged,opposed or even litigated by stakeholders such as shareholders,then how to coordinate the contradiction between economic responsibility and social responsibility? This paper selects a company with good management status and is willing to donate-YONGHUI SUPERSTORES as the case analysis object.Firstly,it conducts research and analysis on its charitable donation behavior and donation scale,and in-depth study of the corporate charity culture;then collects and arranges 2010-2017 Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share data,using factor analysis to quantify economic responsibility,and compares YONGHUI SUPERSTORES's economic responsibility bearing score with industry data;on this basis,combined with the actual situation of YONGHUI SUPERSTORES to analyze the company's economy Conflicts and coordination strategies between economic responsibilities and charitable donations.The results show that the implementation of the appropriate donation amount,transparent donation mechanism and employee donation support effectively promote the effective implementation of the company's economic responsibility and guarantee the sustainable development trend with stakeholders.At the same time,corresponding suggestions were made for the company's shortcomings in fulfilling its creditor's responsibilities.The research in this paper not only provides useful empirical evidence for capital market supervision,Chinese charity and other institutions and corporate governance of modern enterprises,but also provides policy implications for the modern company's win-win of capital preservation and value-added and charitable donation.
