Study On The Optimization Countermeasures Of Tax Service For Grassroots Tax Authorities

The national taxation department is a department that has a close relationship with social economic activities,and taxation services are an important part of tax collection management.The efficiency and quality of the taxation service of taxation agencies will also affect the image of the people in the minds of the people.The State Administration of Taxation puts forward requirements for tax service that "starts with the needs of taxpayers,satisfies the needs of taxpayers,and finally complies with taxpayers".Taxpayer needs are the starting point for tax services.Optimizing taxation services is not only an internal requirement for the implementation of scientific and detailed management,but also a requirement for building a harmonious relationship between them and promoting the construction of a harmonious society.Most of the difficulties faced by taxation services are in the work of grassroots taxation services.In recent years,with the further advancement of taxation services,the grassroots taxation departments have taken many effective measures to improve the quality and level of tax payment services.Achieved better results and the imminent merger of the national taxation agencies.This will not only help improve tax collection efficiency and reduce taxation costs,but also impose higher requirements on taxation services for tax authorities.This paper takes the State Tax Bureau of Xinghua County,Taizhou,Jiangsu Province as an example to analyze the effectiveness,existing problems and causes of the taxation service at the grass-roots level.Based on the useful experiences of foreign countries,the paper discusses how to optimize the taxation services of the basic taxation department countermeasures.
