| This dissertation illustrates the marketing strategy based on the macro and micro economic environment of BF Food Ltd.Meanwhile,marketing theory and marketing differentiation theory are applied to analyze the company' s strategy under current political,economic and natural circumstances.Combined with the market competition in similar industry and market demand,this essay research on Porter's Five-Force Model to discuss the company's marketing problems in comparison with other companies in the same industry.Besides,through the insight of the company's status quo and its competitors,method of SWOT is used to assist the analysis of the company's marketing strategy.Moreover,with the results of the analysis,this dissertation puts forward some creative marketing strategies by the guidance of 4P Theory.This dissertation makes contributions to enrich the ideas of food companies' marketing strategy research,especially for those small and medium sized companies.From a practical view,this research will help similar companies like BF Food Ltd.to optimize their marketing strategies and thus improve their additional value and trade mark impact.This will finally lead to these companies' high level of competitive power. |
