Research On The Valuation Of Large Date Service Enterprises

With the development of science and technology,big data and the birth of large data processing technology has brought great changes to economic development,at the same time,a class of enterprises that they can conduct data collection,production,sharing and value-added services by large data processing technology was born.At present,most of the evaluation researches for big data industry are big data capitalization,value embodiment and accounting processing.But there is no research on value evaluation for large data service enterprises.This paper studies large data service enterprises from the perspective of enterprise value evaluation.Firstly,the paper has limited this kind of enterprise scope and analyzed the characteristics of enterprises.The difference between big data service enterprises and high-tech enterprises is that big data volume determines the service level,the lack of relevant laws and policies caused the big data service facing more risks.According to the summarize of big data service enterprises ' characteristics,analyzed this kind of enterprises' value,and then we can obtain the assessment facing difficulties including large data measurement difficulties;the future development of enterprises is difficult to accurately predict;the value of the company and the same type of differences are difficult to quantify.Next,we resolve the difficulties and select the evaluation methods.This paper uses the DCF model in the income method and the P/E model in the market method to design the evaluation scheme.The DCF model is used to evaluate the overall value of the enterprise,and the option two forked tree model is selected under the DCF model to predict the future cash flow interval of the enterprise.Considering the purpose of different evaluation,we choose the P/E model in the market method to make the evaluation value more in line with the market value,and introduce the specific P/E to value the difference between enterprises in the P/E model.In this paper,considering the big data service enterprise and enterprise value evaluation characteristics of the difficulties,designed evaluation scheme based on DCF model and P/E model.The above scheme is used to evaluate the value of the case enterprise data Hall(Beijing)Polytron Technologies Inc.And then the evaluation results were analyzed.The analysis results verify the feasibility and applicability of the evaluation scheme.This study provides a reference for the practical evaluation and provides a basis for the theoretical research on the future big data industry.This paper mainly researched on the evaluation for large data service enterprises.In order to providing a reference value for enterprise management and other related enterprise value for investors to make investment decisions,managers of financial decision-making.This research can improve the enterprise value evaluation system in theory.
