An Analysis Of Provincial Large-Middle Industrial Enterprise R&D Efficiency’s Space Difference And Influence Factors

The new arrival of knowledge economy era, making R&D activities become more and more important in the enterprise comprtition. As the national innovation’s important force, Large-middle industrial enterprise’s r&d innovation ability directly affect China’s overall regional comprehensive strength level.So how to use r&d input and how to improve the r&d level,the role of r&d efficiency will be very important.On the basis of study the predecessors’, this paper takes the China’s Large-middle industrial enterprise as the research object, and to analyse the space difference and influence factors of r&d efficiency.Therefore,this paper first use super efficiency DEA model to measure r&d efficiency,then construct of knowledge production function panel data model and the spatial econometric model and use2006-2010China’s31provincial large-middle industrial enterprise data,with the regional level as the foundation, and research the effect of r&d input,enterprise scale, enterprise ownership structure,enterprise performance and FDI on r&d efficiency.Conclusion:(1) R&D efficiency effective province increased year and year,but distribution uneven;(2)R&D efficiency is gradually depends on r&d capital investment;(3)the enterprise scale and FDI are positively related to r&d efficiency;(4)enterprise ownership structure and enterprise performance show the negative correlation with r&d efficiency;(5) China’s large-middle industrial enterprise r&d efficiency gap increase gradually,r&d spillover effect obviously.According to the conclusion and large-middle industrial enterprise current situation, this paper gives the policy suggestions:(1) Ascension industrial enterprise innovation consciousness, training the industrial enterprise innovation ability,improving enterprise r&d efficiency.(2)R&D efficiency is gradually depends on r&d capital investment.(3)To strengthen the cooperation of enterprises themselves and enterprises with research institutions;(4) Implementing the discriminated regional r&d policy and narrowing the gap between the area.
