Study On The Transition Of Port Logistics Enterprise In Free Trade Zone

With the deepening of Chinese integration into the economic globalization,Chinese economy and trade are accelerating to the outward-oriented transformation,which to some extent promoted the coastal,along the river the number of ports growing,the scale continues to expand.The increasing volume of traffic also makes the role of the port in the regional economy more and more important.As a functional node of trade in goods trade,the port is becoming more and more important for promoting the regional economic development and enhancing the overall competitiveness.With the establishment of Chinese free trade pilot area,not only for Chinese economic development to provide new opportunities for development,but also makes the port to become a free trade area of the core trade of goods carrier.Free trade zone free investment environment and preferential policies not only provides new development opportunities for Chinese economic development,but also puts forward new development requirements for port logistics enterprises.Therefore,it is particularly important for our country to explore the free trade zone port logistics business transformation.This paper studies the interdependence between free trade zone and port logistics enterprises,and takes the transformation of Tianjin port under the background of the free trade area as an example.First,it puts forward the background and significance of literature research and research ideas,and combs the transformation of port logistics enterprises at home and abroad,and takes the transformation and development of Tianjin port as an example to carry out concrete research.Secondly,this paper expounds the current situation and problems of Tianjin port in free trade area,and analyzes the macro environment and the micro influence factors of enterprise.Then we use the AHP method to select the indexes involved in the transformation and development of Tianjin port,establish the evaluation system,evaluate the transformation of Tianjin port,and identify the important factors in the transformation process.In view of the above problems,the development model suitable for the transformation of the port logistics enterprises in the free trade area is put forward,and the safeguard measures are put forward to solve the existing problems in the development process,and to ensure the feasibility of the transformation.Finally,on the basis of the full text analysis,the main contents and shortcomings of this article are summarized,and on this basis,the future research direction of port logistics is expected,which has certain practical value.
