With the development of productivity and market competition,environmental pollution caused by maximizing shareholder value,waste of resources,poor product quality,lack of effective protection of the interests of employees and other issues are more and more serious,which greatly hampered the long-term stable development of enterprises.The social responsibility of the enterprises is in the pursuit of shareholder wealth maximization referring to the enterprises,while upholding the interests of other stakeholders,including investors,customers,employees,creditors,suppliers,government and the public.Essentially,the enterprise is belonging to the community.So,in order to achieve the enterprise's social values,it must focused on the protection of the environment,complied with social ethics and assumed responsibility for the charity like the Citizens which based on achieving their own survival.First of all,this paper reviews and summarizes the introduction of several representative theoretical stages since the theory of social responsibility put forward,and give a briefly description ofthe corporate citizenship theory and the corporate social responsibility theory.At the same time,the paper also reviews the various evaluation models of corporate social performance,which provides a reference for the establishment of this article.Secondly,on the basis of the corporate social responsibility theory,this paper.introduced the Maslow hierarchy of needs theory to the theory of corporate citizenship inventively.Considered that,the corporate citizenship also has five different levels like survival needs,security needs,social ownership needs,community respect needs and self-fulfillment needs.Combine with the stakeholder theory,this paper argues that the needs of corporate citizen satisfaction levels by meeting the different levels of stakeholders to achieve.Explore these theoretical models for the establishment of this article and the next will provide a solid theoretical foundation.Thirdly,according to the theory above-mentioned,this paper builds the Social performance evaluation model based on corporate citizenship's hierarchy of needs.Then,designed different indicators for different stakeholders,and empowered the indicators by the Yaahp software in accordance with the application of AHP.Finally,inorderto verify the correctly of the above theory,this paperselected five Publishing Media Companies for applied research,and comments the research results.
