Study Of Sunshine Private Equity Fund's Operation Risk Management Strategy Of Z Company

Private equity fund industry of China has developed for more than ten years, but the final sunshine private equity fund has established less than three years, compared to foreign fund management, there is still a big gap. Especially the operational risk management has led to a number of crises or liquidation and criticizes of sunshine private equity fund. Thus the sunshine private equity fund industry exist big problem now, so it is urgent to establish operational risk management system.In this paper, the author studied deeply of Z Company, understand the management of sunshine private fund and the current situation operational risk management situation of Z Company. By the combination of theory and practice, using existing operational risk management theory and methods, the author analyzed the management problem for operational risk of Z Company. Finally, using operational risk management theory and methods to reshape the Z Company's organizational structure and establish operational risk management system suited to their business goals. The operational risk management system is divided into four subsystems, including identification system, measurement system, control system and reporting system. With the opening management system and the constantly improving company's system and norms to respond to various operational risks actively, foresee the operational risk management.Through the analysis of Z Company's operational risk we get the conclusion: Sunshine private funds need to build their own operational risk management system, realize the importance of operational risk, improve the awareness of staff on operational risk, and maintain professional ethics, in this way won the trust of investors and customers, enhance the company's value eventually.
