The Study Of Intellectual Property Financing Ability For Science And Technology SMEs In Anhui Province

Intellectual property financing is one of the new types of financing under the background of innovation,which provides new thoughts and ways for corporate financing,attracting the attention of small and medium-sized enterprises especially technology-oriented ones.In the process of research and development and the maintenance and renewal of intellectual property,the enterprise needs sufficient funds urgently.However,due to the late appearance of China's intellectual property financing mode,it is difficult to assess the value of intellectual property and it has strong policy dependence during the development process,which makes it difficult for small and medium-sized technology enterprises to utilize the advantages of intellectual property to obtain financing effectively.Therefore,how to improve the intellectual property financing capacity of science and technology SMEs is the focus of this study.This paper takes Anhui S&T SMEs as the research object,analyzing the impact factors of intellectual property financing ability,and then it constructs the evaluation model of intellectual property financing ability.At the same time,this model is used to evaluate the level of 34 technology-based SMEs in the high-tech zone of Hefei City and use the actual financing rate for verification.Accordingly,recommendations are made for the government,financial institutions,evaluation companies and small and medium enterprises to help the SMEs to improve the financing capacity of intellectual property.
