The globalization of the economy and the continuous development of information technology have made the manufacturing industry face new opportunities and challenges.Personalization and large quantities of product categories are new highlights of the current market demand.After Industry 4.0 proposed by Germany,China put forward China Manufacturing 2025,which shows that China attaches importance to the new development model of the enterprise.The advantages of the flexible manufacturing workshop can precisely solve the above challenges and help companies smoothly upgrade and transform.Therefore,it is of practical value to realize flexible manufacturing.Scheduling problem in flexible manufacturing workshops is the focus of theoretical research.Therefore,this thesis uses the bat algorithm that is widely recognized by scholars in the new smart population optimization algorithm to solve the scheduling problem in flexible workshops by improving the encoding mechanism of the original algorithm.The continuous bat algorithm can solve the problem of similar discrete fields in the dispatching plant.It improves the location update parameters in the algorithm update mechanism and adds the adaptive factor.The results of the algorithm case confirm the positive effect of the adaptive factor on the convergence speed of the algorithm.The scheduling problem of flexible flow shop and flexible job shop are solved by improved algorithm strategy.The simulation results confirm the effectiveness of the improved continuous bat algorithm.Finally,this thesis analyzes the difference between the algorithm and the actual production,and proposes an improvement plan for one of the common problems.Then the improved algorithm is combined with this scheme's algorithm and it is applied to a certain stamping process.RFID technology and industrial Ethernet communication technology is used to open the information channel of PLC and web,and Siemens PLC is used to control the production action.On the web side,a scheduling system and an order system is developed in this thesis,and thesis completed the application of the algorithm.
