Continuous production is an important mode of production for process industry enterprises,in order to ensure continuous production process without interruption,it needs to supply raw materials in a timely manner,Therefore, reasonable arrangements for the transport of raw materials is essential.Customers have different requirements for different specifications of products. They require the manufacturer to produce the original product, and then package the original products in different specifications. In order to transport the products to customers in the shortest possible time, the manufacturer must reasonably arrange the vehicle to transport the product of different specifications.Taking the raw material supply, continuous production and product transport into comprehensive consideration, and completing customer orders in the shortest possible time to achieve a responsive response to customer demand. In this paper,we first assume that the manufacturer is a processing industrial enterprise, which adopts the continuous production mode, carries on packaging the original product in different specifications.Aiming at the shortest service span, the paper studies the continuous production for the joint scheduling problem. In terms of this kind of NP-hard problem, the mathematical model is constructed, and according to the three aspects of raw material supply, continuous production and product transportation, the problem is analyzed from three aspects: solving process, solving strategy and problem type.By means of the bee colony algorithm,an improved bee colony algorithm is proposed to solve the problem. The optimal solution is compared with the optimal solution of different strategies and different algorithms. It is shown that the improved bee colony algorithm designed in this paper is more effective in solving the joint scheduling problem for continuous production.
