After entering twenty-first Century,the institutional investors of our country have come into a rapid development stage.In particular,after the relevant departments have promulgated laws and regulations to promote the development of institutional investors,the number and scale of institutional investors in our country have changed greatly.The study of the correlation between institutional investors' shareholding and corporate governance and corporate performance It has become the focus of scholars' research.From the relevant literature at present,domestic and foreign scholars have studied the influence of institutional investors on the way,mechanism,effect of corporate governance and the influence of institutional investors on corporate performance,but the conclusions are not consistent,which shows that scholars have not formed a unified view on this problem.Therefore,this paper makes a further study on the relationship between the proportion of institutional investors and corporate governance and corporate performance.This paper adopts the method of combining theoretical research and empirical analysis.Firstly,it collates and classifies the literature about institutional investors and corporate governance and the performance role of corporate governance at home and abroad.Secondly,it classifies the institutional investors and analyzes the mechanism and status of institutional investors participating in corporate governance.Using the data of China's A stock listed companies in-2016 in 2014,the relationship between institutional investors' shareholding ratio and corporate governance level and company performance is studied by empirical analysis.The conclusion is that the proportion of institutional investors is positively related to the corporate governance level and the performance level of the company.Finally,the empirical analysis is made.The conclusions are summarized and the policy suggestions are put forward. |
