Research On The Development Of Farmer Specialized Cooperatives In Xifeng

The specialized farmers cooperative is mainly a rural economic organization based on th e rural land household contract responsibility system,and with the members as the main servi ce object,it aims to realize better information communication and business communication b etween farmers through providing the members who produce and operate similar agricultural products with agricultural products trading,processing,technology,information and other ser vices.With the development of China's market economy,rural social economy also develops rapidly.Specialized farmers cooperatives occupy an important position in the development of rural economy.Since the formal implementation of the Specialized Farmers Cooperatives La w in 2007,specialized farmers cooperatives have developed rapidly.In recent years,in order to adapt to the social economic development trend,under the gu idance of the government's policy,the specialized farmers cooperative in Xifeng District dev elops rapidly,but it is still in the initial stage,the overall development quality is low,the over all cultural level of the members is low,the internal operation mechanism is not standardized,the sources of funds are short and the government support is not enough.How to guide the s ustainable development of the specialized farmers cooperative in Xifeng District and solve th ese problems becomes very urgent.Based on this situation,this paper takes the development status of the specialized farmer s cooperative in Xifeng District as the research object.The main contents are as follows: First ly,the research background,purpose,meaning,ideas and methods are described in the introd uction,and the research status,concepts and related theories at home and abroad are also exp ounded.Then,the paper introduces the development status of the specialized farmers coopera tive in Xifeng District from the aspects of quantity,scale,scope of business and resources of funds.By analyzing the relevant data,this paper then summarizes the existing problems in th e development of the specialized farmers cooperative in Xifeng District and analyzes the caus es and constraints.Finally,some suggestions are put forward against these causes and constra ints,hoping to provide reference for the development of the specialized farmers cooperative i n Xifeng District.
